Facelift needed for professional b-to-b site

Edit.com is seeking an experienced designer that can provide a fresh, professional face-lift for our website. We are hiring for design, not architecture, nor coding, nor even html.
Quick facts:
Final deliverable should be design files, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, or the like.
Timeline will be tight and rigorous—two weeks from start to finish. We aim to kick off the project by October 10 (4 days from now) and have it complete by October 21.
Scope:
Website design
Image and/or Graphic treatments that communicate action, our line of business and who we serve
Several call out styles, e.g. ways for Edit to promote various elements such as customer profiles
Three treatments for three different areas of the site (simple differences, e.g. color)
Button styles
Icons (?)
Text styles
Three tiers of headers
Call out style (e.g. for customer quotes)
Bullets
Text/Font styles should be consistent throughout site.
Re-color
Color scheme will likely carry through other marketing materials therefore a critical element
Other items for future design and development, but not within scope:
Logo design
Possible if recommended by designer and can sell us on the concept
Web banners (advertisements)
Direct mail pieces (print)
Visual guides, other design elements/ colors etc.
Collateral
Brochure – one final design for b-to-b usage
Letterhead, envelopes, b-cards etc.
Email standards and templates

Qualifications and Experience Required
Track record of client satisfaction, superb references
Experience doing service-business websites
Experience ranges from consumer to professional – I.e. able to do visual design for a hybrid of the two
Superb design skills such that the design will support the Edit strategy and brand of a trustworthy, service-oriented business.
