Book site in craigslist style.

Hello,
I need a website built with design and the coding including a logo. The website will need to have an ISBN database worked in with it which you can use www.isbndb.com that includes instructions to integrate it into the site unless someone is aware of how to do it differently. People will post books that they sell there which they will need an account in order to do so however anyone can see what books are for sale even without an account. When someone lists a book, I need it to list under a specific school and when someone searches for a book, it should break down the results of the search by what school a person is selling it from. Members of the site should have an option to remove their listing whenever they please and if not, it should be automatically removed in 1 year (might change length of time). A buyer should be able to contact the seller via e-mail without displaying the seller's e-mail address such as in Craigslist.org. This is pretty much the idea of the site, as far as everything else I would like it with a professional look, somewhat plain but nice but most importantly functional and easy to use. I will explain in further if someone is interested in the project. FWI, the www.isbndb.com database integration doesn't look too difficult if someone is discouraged because they haven't done that before.
