I am looking for a partner to start a new venture with. The venture would be a web based program to help commercial real estate professionals value and track property performance. This is both a blend of currently used methodology and new concepts that the market is missing.
I will be producing the models, in excel, and would like to find someone that can handle the programming for the web page – both user interface and database.
My partner would have a 25% stake in the company after the soft launch, contingent upon continued maintenance and upgrades as issues arise.
I have been involved in commercial real estate for over 10 years. I have had the opportunity to create a great network of commercial real estate professionals throughout the country.
