Salary: $60,000 per year. Transactionreporting.com has an immediate career opportunity for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our Web Development department in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. We are currently looking for a full-time junior programmer with expertise in OOP PHP & SQL (MySQL) to join our team. Additional qualifications include experience with JavaScript & CSS. Candidate will be part of a small team of programmers working on a web based financial software. We are a results oriented company and as such the candidate must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Skills & Requirements: Expertise in PHP & SQL, CSS, AJAX, JS, jQuery a must MySQL Experience Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills Desire to take initiative & be a self-starter Additional Info: Understanding of Web 2.0 concepts, dynamic user interfaces - AJAX Experience with large databases/commercial web sites About Transactionreporting.com: IRIS is a financial transaction tracking platform and CRM for banks and merchant services providers. IRIS is directly responsible for monitoring and reporting the flow of electronic payments in the United States. You will be responsible for enhancing the flow and reporting of electronic transactions that hundreds of thousands of business owners rely on. IRIS Joel Test score: 11/12 The Joel Test is a twelve-question measure of the quality of a software team.
