Website is for one of our client’s :
Elements:
I included a list of the elements that I feel should be part of the website. We may need to tweak the template to meet the lists needs but I think most of the template functionalities are included in the template.
Estimate:
Please include in the estimate options for maintaining the website. The flash elements will need to change from time to time depending on the promotion at the venue.
Backend:
I would also like to make sure we are able to update all design and content elements through a back end system that is easily accessible as we will have to update the website 3x’s per week.
Scope of Work:
I would like to stick to the template as much as possible. From what I can tell the Header and Photo Gallery have the most animation but I was not able to test out each and every page so I am not sure ?
• Change the color scheme
• Change Flash header
• New content for all pages
• Weekly Calendar
• Event Ticket Purchase – Make capable on event posting ( need to add ticket purchase capabilities to each party )
• Photo Gallery
• About page – Venue , Staff, Dj’s
• Music to set the scene for website on/off button
• Purchase Page – Itune albums and singles from performers at venue ( Customize page)
• Video Page / Page with Copa Video’s
• Special Event’s page – All Special Event’s that are coming up in the next month
• Sign in page – Subscribe to email list for special weekly email updates
• Social networking Icon’s on all Pages
• Restaurant Page ( Customize page)
• Cocktail Special’s ( would like to add to the residents page)
• Accessible on Mobile Phone’s / If so we need to create a site with minimal flash or a mobile friendly version
